The RagBags Story

Shareda Steyn has always had an eye for outstanding design. After gaining inspiration through beautifully designed fabrics, she set about creating handbags from material offcuts sourced from local interior decorators. Six weeks after creating her first hand bag, 40 more gorgeous bags had been produced, sparking the name Ragbags.

Things have come a long way over the past seven years, and today Shareda sources only top-quality fabrics, leather and handbag hardware to ensure that each bag is a masterpiece.

Shareda loves the journey of working closely with her clients from concept through to the
final stages of producing their dream handbag, an experience which differs on every bag.
